What happens next?
I aim to respond within 2–3 working days to discuss your concerns, answer any questions, and help determine the most appropriate assessment pathway.

Location & Format
I am based in Dunedin, New Zealand. Initial consultations are available via telehealth or in person, while all cognitive testing is conducted in person at my Dunedin clinic. Travel may be available for some assessments and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Referrals
I welcome enquiries from individuals, family members, GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, and other health professionals. Assessments are available for adults (18–64 years) and older adults (65+).
